If you are a race car driver, a racing fan, or if you just like cars the SSCC has something for YOU!. The club meets at 7:30 p.m. the THIRD Tuesday of every month at Tobias Frogg in Lancaster, PA. Take the opportunity to chat with other car nuts, racing fans, and SCCA drivers like yourself. Our members have experienced Road Rallye, Auto Cross, Solo I, Hillclimb, and Club Racing. Some have also experienced motor sports in other venues like drag racing, motorcycle racing, and working specialties including timing and scoring, flagging and safety steward. (SCCA licensed workers help staff most of the motorsport events held in the United States in one capacity or another, such as CART and ALMS series.)
The Susquehanna Sports Car Club, a chapter club of the Susquehanna Region SCCA, has been in continuous operation since 1953. Since that time, it has served sports car enthusiasts from Lancaster County with a variety of organized and sanctioned competitions and social events. The tradition continues this year through our Solo II (auto-cross) events held in conjunction with the Susquehanna Region.
Our club is part of the Susquehanna Region of the SCCA.

Why three chapter clubs in one SCCA region? Because we predate the SCCA, or at least we were in this area organizing motorsport competition long before the SCCA came here. Our organizational memory is a long one. If you father, grandfather, or grandmother put the hammer down at a local strip or track, chances are someone in the club will have raced with them or at the very least seen them race. It's a small world in Lancaster County, especially at speed!
